Heat Shabu Fair Oaks
Heat Shabu is the original shabu of Sacramento. It was established by Anthony Tran in 2010.
A group of friends, Thomas, Trevor, and Steven, decided to join the Heat Shabu family in 2018. With the guidance of Mr. Tran, Heat Shabu Fair Oaks is born.
Shabu-shabu or Shabu is a Japanese nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables boiled in savory soup. The term is onomatopoeic, derived from the sound emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot and served with dipping sauces.
Shabu is usually enjoyed with friends and family over a few beers or sake. According to Shabu lovers, There isn’t a better time you can have than the one shared with your love ones over a “hot pot”.
Thomas, Trevor, and Steven are food enthusiasts, to be more precise, hotpot enthusiasts. According to them, Shabu is the “Ferarri” of hotpots, based on the high quality meat and flavorful soup base. On a whim to Sacramento, the three tried Heat Shabu for the first time, fell in love, and here we are today.
